Through my HR experience I have had the insight to see the potential in others and encourage them on their career and life path. Being able to empower individuals in their decisions and well being is my goal. Everything in the universe is made up of energy and a vibration of that energy. This includes us, animals and plants etc. The differences are the frequency and the rate that the particles vibrate. Energy healing will improve a person’s low vibration to a healthier vibration. It can ease anxiety, depression, assist in recovery and be empowering!
Energy healing is an alternative healing practice that involves energy from the practitioner to the receiver where it can help heal physically, emotionally and mentally by balancing the body’s energy and removing any blocks held in the body and by the mind.
Trauma, emotional and mental stress, false belief systems, physical distress, environmental stress, and other blocks to our personal growth can be stored
in the energy fields of our bodies. This impacts our ability to function at
our full potential and can lead to illness.

Energy Work
Huna is a healing modality founded by Serge Kahili King - focusing on empowerment, increasing ones energy and metaphysical healing.
Huna is an integrated approach to healing that
transforms the energetic nature of the various systems and organs of the body.
Transforming the energy with the help of the practitioner it then rebalances the
energy in that part of the body. Huna is excellent for releasing the root of an
issue and removing it from the mind/body and replacing it
with higher vibrational energy.
Reiki (‘Rei’ meaning universal and ‘Ki’ meaning life energy) is a form of
energy therapy/healing originating from Japan and founded by Mikao Usui.
It taps into the ‘Life Force Energy’ that flows through all living things.
It’s used to also help one strengthen and
heal by channeling high vibration energy into and around the body of the client.
Reiki is also known as a complementary therapy
to Western medicine to reduce pain from surgeries
improving recovery time.
There are a few different ways we can work together:
Reiki Huna Session
Combining two healing modalities helps transform energy from stagnant or stuck energy in the body and/or auric fields to rebalance, relax and help you move forward.
*Also offering distance Reiki Huna sessions.
Distance healing is just as effective as in person and enables the session to be experienced fully.
